Where It Started
Just Proper BBQ, Done Right
Fatties BBQ was built on one idea: that great barbecue doesn’t need gimmicks. It needs quality meat, real coal, and someone who cares enough to cook it low and slow until it’s exactly right.
What started as a passion for proper smoke turned into a trailer parked up outside Bombers Cafe on Brentwood Road, feeding Grays every weekend. The queues told us we were onto something.

The Fatties Way
No Shortcuts, No Baby Portions
We cook over real coals — not gas, not shortcuts. That’s where the deep, smoky char comes from, and it’s why our food tastes the way it does.
Everything’s made fresh: dry-aged steaks, sticky ribs, wings glazed in homemade sauces, dirty burgers and fully loaded fries. When we run out, we run out — because it’s cooked properly, in real batches, every single time.
